"Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding." Proverbs 3:5
If you’re like me, you may be prone to lean on your own understanding, and be satisfied with your own conclusions. And also, if you’re like me, you’ve seen that your conclusions are not always accurate.
As we continue our walk with the LORD, we will need His guidance to live according to His will. Everything He has given and every opportunity that presents itself requires us to humble ourselves daily and rely on Him. We must trust and be satisfied in Him with our whole heart. Our King honors those who seek and call on Him in truth (Psalm 145:18).
Today, let us trust in the LORD by hearing from Him in His Word and relying on Him as we follow His Word more than our own understanding. He will guide us along the way. Our living King is for His people.
